Mushrooms




This recipe is as easy as it gets and the perfect way to start off a meal. I like to make a little snack while I cook a whole meal. This comes together so quick and is an easy crowd-pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

- Mushrooms

- Butter

- Garlic

- Lemon



WHAT TO DO

  1. Chop your mushrooms up

  2. Grab a pan and put it on the stove at medium-high heat with some butter

  3. As the butter is melting toss your mushrooms in, and stir them around to get coated in the butter

  4. Space them out to give them a little breathing room and then LEAVE THEM ALONE. Yes you heard me, no touchy

  5. After 5 minutes give another toss and sit for another 3 minutes

  6. Add in Garlic and cook for a few more minutes

  7. Once the garlic is fragrant turn the heat off

  8. Squeeze lemon juice all over it and enjoy!!


NOWWWWWW Want to amp it up? Change out a couple of little things for a great snack or appetizer.
