Fish Tacos

With this recipe, you can swap out many things and still have a great meal! I've done this with shrimp and it's delicious! I also toss the fish in the air fryer, but you can saute it in a pan easily too.



INGREDIENTS

- Tilapia

Spices: 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon oregano ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon cayenne

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon pepper


Cole slaw

- Mayo

- Cilantro

- Lime juice

- Salt and Pepper


Tortillas

Sour Cream

Limes

Avocado



COOK IT

Pat dry your fish and season really well, above is for about two people so just double it if you need more seasoning! Don't skimp


Mix all cole slaw ingredients together. I go by taste as I like a little more lime juice than others.


Preheat your air fryer to 400 and cook for about 10 minutes flipping halfway through. You want the fish to just fall apart!


To assemble tacos, I start with a little line of sour cream and then add in the fish and top with the cole slaw, avocado and boom eat it up!
